I truly believe that to make lifestyle changes in one's nutrition, you don't stop at the factual side of nutrition. There's another side, a side that many people negate or ignore, but it is an essential piece to long term success. I'm talking about one's attitude, perception of nutrition, definition of success and failure... Success lies in the power of your mind. You could follow a meal plan all day long, but its our emotions that get in the way right? Acknowledge, accept, and get excited to learn a whole lot more about yourself :)
During the Olympics we watch and cheer for athletes to reach their goal of winning. Some of the competitors face the disappointment of not winning and have in common their gratitude to their family, friends and coaches that have supported them despite their loss. Instead of feeling sorry for themselves they choose to dance in the rain which is a great example for everyone. Gratitude and its power are beautifully expressed in our title,” Learning to Dance in the Rain.” Enjoy the short movie, and perhaps a new outlook :)
With Gratitude,
