What are your Thanksgiving Tips?

We all have a few tips under our sleeves to help make our Thanksgiving just a little bit less calorie dense. What are your tips you can share? Here's one from yours truly!

1oz wine is typically about 25 calories, so a simple 5oz glass adds up to a quick 125 calories. How can we improve this? Well...



Carbonate it! Take 2.5oz (half your normal amount) and replace the rest of your wine with 0 calorie Sprite or Sierra mist for a bubbly but still tasty drink

Alternate 1 glass of wine with 1 glass 1 water or alternative low calorie beverage. This will help you stay hydrated and also keep you busy as you keep up with the holiday festivities without the continuous empty calories coming in from alcohol.
