Specifically the M.S. Spicy Black Bean Burger has 1 Lean Meat Exchange and 1 Carbohydrate exchange. Seems a little light for most of us, so perhaps have 2 patties to help fit your meal plan better. Add 1 whole or lite bun to make up for any missing carbohydrates. Add low fat cheese to help with a missing lean meat/very lean meat exchange. Add avocado for your fat exchange!
Very little prep required, just takes a little thinking outside the box to put various kinds of exchanges together for a quick meal.
