TUNA SALAD CRISPS

Tuna Salad Crisps

Tuna salad doesn't have to be reserved for lunch. Combine 2 ounces of drained water-packed light tuna with 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard, and spoon the mixture atop 2 rye crisps for a satisfying snack

Exchanges:
2 Very Lean Meat
1 Fat
1 Starch/bread  (Wasa crackers are in your pull-down menu's, so if you are assigned more starch/bread exchanges, have more crackers!)
Doesn't match your meal plan? You can take 1 exchange away from another meal and use it here! Just make sure you always are NEVER having a fruit/starch/bread by itself!
